Great Link: Copics Versus Prismacolor (and the difference in Copic Markers)

Great review on Copics versus Prismacolor, and a comparison of all the different Copics.

Update to the post:  You can now buy Copics at Hobby Lobby, however, not just online.

Great info for me to digest.

New Copic Creation Blog Rocks

I am loving this new Copic Creations blog, even though I don’t own many copics yet.  LOVE the work and the tutorials and the contests, and the everything!  I just need me some copics and I’m good to go!   I have, um, four…to date:  one skin, two grey, and one blender…and I love what I’ve got!

This week’s post is about blending and coloring jeans.

Last week’s was about how to do skin.

I’m wondering if you can enter their challenges with a meager for Copics?  😀  All my budget allows for right now!

Pr. 31 Inspired Recipe Binder.

Trying to get my cabinets orginized, and find a place for magazine tearouts.  A blog reader suggested a three ring binder with clear page protectors.  Great idea!

I love the way The Message reads for Psalm 31, the fresh language stirred me, so I put it on the cover.

“she is skilled in crafts of home and health

diligent in homemaking…

when she speaks, she always has something worthwhile to say

and she says it kindly.”

Flower punch and swirl stamps with a jewel brad for embellishment.

Stock Gold Satin Ribbon; Running Water Punch

A slip in cover…I can play again if I so choose!

I would post the typed text file of the Proverbs 31 page here for ya, but…I can’t find it at the moment!  If you want it, let me know and I’ll dig a little deeper “in the stacks”!

My New Creative Blog! Yay me!

I’m excited about this blog.  It’s a blog that shows what I’m learning and where I’m growing.  It’s a blog where I might talk about anything related to being a “Proverbs 31” woman, especially things related to home-making, things I’m trying to doing or learning or wanting to learn.

Often, those thoughts are “in process”, and I’m happy to find a good place for scratching them out.  Right now, I’m into learning how to make pretty cards.  It’s a functional and fun skill for me using tools I already own (or building on them).

I’m hoping this will be an inspiring outlet for me, and a way to be inspired by others {YOU}.

YAY!  For creative blogs!
